Why Pinsight Should Belong in Your Talent Strategy

I’m proud to share that I'm a consultant with Pinsight, and I’m officially a certified facilitator of the platform, supporting debriefs and helping clients utilize the tool to make talent management decisions.

For those unfamiliar, Pinsight is a virtual leadership behavioral and readiness assessment that simulates real-world business challenges. It’s one of the most insightful tools I’ve used in both talent acquisition and talent management.

At my former employer, we initially used Pinsight across our private equity portfolio to support C-suite hiring decisions. It helped us go beyond resumes and references to assess how leaders actually show up under pressure, in ambiguity, and when leading others. These insights gave our teams the confidence to make informed hiring decisions aligned with both performance expectations and cultural values.
